900 minnesotaHistorical District In 2002, we purchased the vacant Esprit headquarters, a red brick complex built in 1906 as the Schilling Wine Cellars,. Inspired by the history-steeped site and the beauty of the park beside it, planning and development began of the Homes on Esprit Park. The area that is now Dogpatch has had many incarnations, from pasturelands to shipyards. Each has left its mark on the district - in the architecture, the street names, the character of the lanfscape and the names and faces of the residents. Our Vision We merged the warmth of antique wood and masonry with the best of modern engineering to create homes that are beautiful and inviting as well as energy-efficient, environmentally sensitive and eminently livable. Throughout our planning process, we gave great thought and consideration to the varying needs of homeowners - to all the ways that people truly live in their homes. The result is more than 25 different floor plans, because no cookie-cutter solution could possibly meet the needs of every individual, and we were not willing to compromise individuality and enlightened urban planning for economy of scale. www.espritpark.com |
